Program Overview:
InspireWorks Enrichment values children and is committed to making sure that the Summer Enrichment Camp is designed and delivered in a way that respects and nurtures each and every child and provides a safe, fun and exciting environment where memories are made. InspireWorks offers a diverse set of activities that will provide children with cultural, academic, physical and life skills.
The summer program is 8 weeks long, each session lasting one week. Children must be entering the grades 1-7 in the Fall of 2024 to register. Your children will be able to participate in activities like swimming, archery, science, engineering, sports, fine arts and many more.
Your camper should dress appropriately for the weather each day (no sandals please) and should have a bag to store their belongings. Remember to include a water bottle, bathing suit and towel, snack, lunch, change of clothes, and sunscreen/bug spray if they can apply it themselves. Food should be non-perishable or include an ice pack (as refrigeration is not available) and be easy to open by your campers. We also have snacks and drinks available at lunch time for purchase. We recommend labeling items to ensure they are easily returned to your camper if lost.
Group Placement:
To ensure activities are age appropriate and campers are comfortable, campers are placed in groups by similar grade level and with a mix of genders whenever possible. In the coming summer, there may be construction at the Junior High Cafeteria that could temporarily impact the use of parts of the building. If this occurs, Granger School (located next to the Junior High) will be used as an alternative venue for any impacted activities. Parents will receive email notifications about any venue changes that affect drop-off and/or pick-up locations.
Experienced Compassionate Staff:
InspireWorks prides itself on providing a staff of qualified personnel. Many of our staff members are teachers and college students and all have previous experience working with children. All of our lifeguards are Red Cross certified with first aid and CPR certifications to ensure your child's safety in the pool area. InspireWorks is committed to recruiting outstanding staff members that are dedicated to providing the best possible experience for your children.
Cost:
$215/session
$175/session 2 (no camp on 7/4)
Refund Policy:
Our camp sessions are booked months in advance and our staffing and preparation for camp begins in the early spring. If you enroll in camp and your plans change, you can receive a refund for camp tuition paid as follows:
May 30th 2024 (or earlier):
Partial and full cancellations requests on or prior to this date will receive a full refund less a $30 cancellation fee per camper and a 3.5% transaction fee charged by the credit card processing platform. If the cancellation affects eligibility for any previously applied discounts, the amount due will be deducted from the refund.
May 31st 2024 (or later):
No refunds, camp credit or reductions will be given out after May 30, 2024 regardless of your registration date, late or non-arrival, non-participation, early withdraw/dismissal for behavior or illness or any other cause.
Campers sent home in violation of our rules, for medical reasons, or at the discretion of the camper, family or InspireWorks Enrichment staff will receive no refund.
Weeks of camp are non-transferrable and therefore cannot be reassigned between siblings and/or other campers.
Change of Session Fee:
Changes in sessions that do not involve a reduction in weeks are subject to a $20 transfer fee per child for each request. These changes are based upon availability. If there is a difference in price for the total tuition owed, the balance will be charged/refunded once the request is approved.
Child Care Vouchers:
InspireWorks accepts a limited number of vouchers for the Summer Enrichment Program. At this time we have reached capacity for 2024 vouchers, however, we encourage you to sign up via the WAITLIST as families’ schedules and voucher eligibility are always changing.
Payment Plan:
Interested in paying your camp tuition in installments? We recommend beginning the payment plan process as early as possible as final payments are due no later than May 30th. To register using the payment plan fill out the online registration form and note that you will be using the payment plan on the payment page. You will then receive a confirmation email with further instructions.

Session 2 July 1st - July 5th (no camp 7/4)
Session 3 July 8th - July 12th
Session 4 July 15th - July 19th
Session 5 July 22nd - July 26th
Session 6 July 29th - August 2nd
Session 7 August 5th - August 9th
Session 8 August 12th - August 16th
Extended Care:
Pre - Care: Drop off time is 7:30 - 9:00 a.m. M-F $45 per session per child. (Session 2: $36, no camp 7/4)
Post - Care: Pick up time is 3:30 - 5:30 p.m. M-F $50 per session per child. (Session 2: $40, no camp 7/4)

All required forms are due back to InspireWorks Enrichment by May 30th. Please note that if forms are not returned by the deadline you may lose your reservation.
*If your child has a scheduled physical after May 30th please send us your most recent physical for now so it can be reviewed by our healthcare staff, you can then send us the updated physical once the exam has been done.
Camper in Leadership Training Program:
The Camper in Leadership Training (CLT) program offers students an opportunity to develop their leadership skills through a volunteer summer work experience. Under the guidance and supervision of a senior staff member, CLT participants work alongside campers in various areas of the program, gaining valuable hands-on experience. We encourage enthusiastic students with a passion for working with children and a love for summer camp to apply, especially those who possess leadership experience.
While many other summer camps charge regular or discounted camp tuition to participate in the CLT program, InspireWorks Enrichment offers this experience free-of-charge. As such, this is a competitive program and not all applicants will be accepted. Thank you for your interest and understanding!
Applicants must be entering grades 8 or above in the fall and be available for a minimum of four sessions to be eligible. Applicants who are available for multiple sessions, who have experience with children and/or InspireWorks Enrichment programs may be given preference.
