Payment Plan
To participate in the payment plan, a 25% non-refundable deposit must be made to InspireWorks Enrichment through the Melio digital payment platform. Once the deposit is made, the remaining balance can be paid in a lump sum or installments, whichever is most convenient.
Please be aware of the following:
- A space will not be reserved for your camper(s) until the non-refundable 25% deposit has been received through the Melio payment link provided in your confirmation email.
- Payments must be made via ACH (bank transfer) or credit/debit card through Melio. ACH transfers are free, while Melio applies a processing fee to credit/debit card payments.
- The final payment deadline is May 30th. Overdue accounts after this date will be subject to a $30 late fee per child and/or may result in the cancellation of your child’s camp registration. If registration is canceled by InspireWorks Enrichment due to non-payment, any payments made will be refunded, minus the non-refundable 25% deposit.
- Refund requests (minus the initial 25% deposit) will be honored up to May 30th, after which no refunds will be permitted.
How to Pay Using Melio
- Use the InspireWorks Payment Portal to submit your payment securely through Melio.
- Enter the payment amount:
- For your first payment, enter at least the initial 25% deposit amount found in your confirmation email.
- For subsequent payments, you can choose the amount that works best for you.
- Choose your payment method:
- ACH (Bank Transfer): Select this option to pay directly from your bank account with no additional fee.
- You will be prompted to link your bank account through Plaid, which securely connects to most U.S. banks.
- After selecting Plaid, search for and select your bank from a list, then follow the prompts to log in and authorize the payment.
- Credit/Debit Card: Select this option to pay with a credit card. Please note that Melio adds a processing fee to credit/debit card payments.
- To ensure your payment is correctly applied to your child's camp registration please enter your camper's last name as the Invoice Number.
- Review the information and confirm the payment.
Additional payments toward your balance can be made using the same link. Please be sure to complete all payments by May 30th.
