Agawam Special Event Days

In addition to our daily schedule of fun filled activities each session will have special event days throughout the week.

Session 1:

Summer Launch Party-The Great American Birthday Bash! (Wednesday) – Kick off the summer with a historic celebration 250 years in the making! Ignite your summer spirit at our red, white, and blue ice cream social. Craft your own “Revolutionary Sundae” piled high with patriotic toppings, then head to the dance floor for a high-energy party through the ages. Get ready for a monumental adventure filled with sweet treats, music, and memories as we celebrate America’s 250th birthday in style. It’s going to be a blast—literally!

Session 2:

Toy Story Day (Tuesday) – Calling all cowgirls, cowboys, potato heads and space rangers! We’re rounding up Woody and all the gang for a toy-riffic celebration. Show your spirit by dressing up like a toy from Bonnie or Andy’s room!

Break A Record Day (Thursday) – Ready to make camp history? Come try to set and break as many camp records as you can. Can you hula-hoop the longest, are you an expert bottle flipper, how many plastic spoons can you balance on your face? At the end of the day the new record holders will be recorded in The InspireWorks Book of Camp Records!

Session 3:

Sports Fan Day (Tuesday) – Whether you're cheering courtside, from the end zone, on the ice, or in the bleachers, it's time to show your team spirit! With the excitement of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in full swing, soccer fans are especially encouraged to represent their favorite country or team. Come to camp dressed in support of your favorite sport, team, or player, and let the competitive energy electrify the atmosphere. From jerseys and foam fingers to face paint and rally towels, let's unite as sports fans and celebrate the thrill of the game together!

Pirate Day (Thursday) – Arr Mateys! Get yer pirate garb ready for a fun day of pirate games! Get a pirate name, learn to talk like a pirate, take part in a “cannon ball” toss and find the hidden treasure. Just try to avoid walkin’ the plank!

Session 4:

Green Day (Tuesday) – Celebrate the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day in the middle of summer! Today everyone’s a little Irish. Come dressed in your green and gold; let’s see those four leaf clovers, leprechauns and maybe a pot of gold!

Disney Day (Thursday) – Wish upon a Star today as you search for hidden Mickeys around campus, learn to draw cool Disney characters and play Disney Scene-It. On this magical day don’t forget to wear your Mickey ears and Goofy hats!

Session 5:

Pajama Day (Tuesday) – Do you have the coolest PJ’s on the planet? Well no need to worry about what to wear today because you can roll out of bed and go straight to camp! No snoring allowed!

Color Day (Thursday) – It’s Red vs. Blue as the camp breaks off into 2 teams for a day of fun competitions. Campers will participate in obstacle courses, water races, team cheer competitions and much more to try and earn points for their team. Who will be the 2026 Color Day Champion?

Session 6:

Mismatch Day (Tuesday) – Toss the rules out the window when it comes to fashion. Let’s see your most outrageous mismatched outfits. Will you clash colors, patterns, materials, or maybe your socks won’t match! Let’s see who can come up with the most mismatched outfit for the day.

Wilderness Adventure Day (Thursday) – A day out in the great outdoors! Navigate the wilderness and learn to trust your instincts. During your swim block groups will take part in the Extreme Raft Challenge and of course a day in the wilderness is not complete without s’mores.

Session 7:

Villain Day (Tuesday) – Join in the on the twisted fun and show off your best villain attire as you stroll around camp in all your evil glory. Dress up like a well-known villain like Ursula, Maleficent or Hook- or create your own evil baddie!

Tie-Dye Day (Thursday) – There is so much you can do with Tie-Dye. Today you will learn different techniques and styles as you tie-dye things you bring from home. Bring items like white t-shirts, socks, and hats and tie dye them into crazy colors!
